Here’s the old house next to Ashley-Lee’s, that they purchased to tear down… so that they can expand their house another 15 ft. and… include a new 3 car garage.  This roof has leaked for 8 years, Ashley says, so the inside is a total loss. 

Main floor ceiling. Altho…you gotta admit there is easy access to the upstairs bathroom trap!

Perhaps the folks who lived there were goin’ for the popular bare-bones-industrial decor. Note the classy retro porcelain light fixture!
