Mini Vacation – Eighteen06

We did some geocaching, played some disc golf, and watched a little bit of an RC car race/tournament in a park in Avon.

On our drive home, we stopped frequently for geocaches. We found one called “Take a Sign.” The description said it was a polite request to remove signs that are placed without permission on the farmer’s land (which was highly visible to traffic and people constantly put signs up there, and the farmer was tired of constantly removing them) after you sign the cache log – what fun! We removed 2 for them.

At some point in our conversation while meandering through the countryside Isaac asked, “can you imagine if they made bridges with the wood where you drive?” Tom and I both knew of a few that existed, and we took him to see one.

We were treated to a beautiful sunset that I just had to share!
